Serene Escapes: Lakeside, Mountain, and Downtown Retreats

We had a wonderful stay! This charming early 1900’s home had everything we needed and more. The interior was beautifully maintained with warm lighting and a cozy, welcoming feel. The big backyard and dedicated off-street parking spot were huge bonuses. Plus, there was one street spot available too. The full kitchen was a highlight, complete with filtered water straight from the fridge and an ice maker. Everything was spotless and very cool inside with easy to adjust temperature settings. But the best part for me was the comfort, both the beds and couch were perfect. Not too firm, not too soft, and the pillows were excellent.

Anand and Sushitha were excellent hosts. The home was super comfortable for my group of 4 guys. We were in town to summit Mount Rainier and being so close to Base Camp was a huge plus. The place was clean, plenty of towels and I appreciated how everything in the kitchen was labeled and easy to find. Having the sauna and hot tub was great to come back to after days of mountaineering. Anand and Sushitha were the ideal hosts and their home would be great for any group of four who plan to spend a few days exploring Mount Rainier National Park or even summiting Rainier like our group did.
